Astoria Riverwalk is one of the best bike rides in Oregon, it is a 12.8 mile trail alongside the Columbia River, with countless options for stops along the way. Restaurants, breweries, museums, ice cream shops, coffee shops are found in and amongst historic buildings in a setting that looks straight out of a movie.
I’ve been through Astoria multiple times, on the way to Cannon Beach, and was completely unaware of this trail! As I’m looking for a close area for a short get-away at the end of the month, I think I’ll head to Astoria.
