The Vista Antique Gas and Steam Engine Museum has more to offer than just tractors, cars, farm equipment, steam engines, saw mills, grist mills, blacksmithing classes, and fiber arts classes. Within the Antique Gas and Steam Engine Museum is the West Coast Watch and Clock Museum (only open on Saturdays from 10:00 to 2:00). This museum moved to Vista from the Bellingham Court House in Washington in 2016. From a 1893 Chicago World’s Fair clock to recently acquired San Diego Courthouse clock, there are enough wheels, faces, and hands to peek anyone’s interest.
Although we have visited the Steam Engine Museum often, it is our first Saturday visit. There is definitely a lot more going on Saturdays. We love this niche museum, and are very happy it is so close to home.

Looks like a great time was had by all I’m so happy all three grandkids got to enjoy it together with their parents.
Agreed. We had so much fun. Cooler weather would be nice but it IS summer…
