Upper North Falls is a flower and berry filled hike. It is the only falls that isn’t actually on the loop of the Trail of Ten Falls loop so the 65 foot waterfall is sometimes overlooked by visitors.
The Trail of Ten Falls loop has limited parking opportunities, you can either use the bountiful south falls parking lot (which we already did) or park at the tiny north falls lot. You either have to get there early or wait and get lucky. We waited and got lucky.

North Falls’ 136 foot drop over an overhanging basaltic bedrock lip with hanging green ferns is much more impressive and popular. Just like Upper North Falls, North Falls is an easy walk, but includes 78 stairs. While sitting enjoying the backside of water your back is a geologic timeline.
Oregon is amazing.

Amazing waterfalls! I really need to explore Oregon more.
