Four Points Bulletin

Travels north, east, south, and west of our Oceanside home base.

Hubbard, Oregon is located about 30 minutes south of Portland. It is a quiet farming community, with a population of about 3,500 people, living amongst countless hops, Christmas trees, berries and cattle. We are home basing out of an Airbnb that we rented on a pick-your-own-berry farm. 46 acre Schmid Family Farm doesn’t open until July, so we are the first to pick. Honestly the berries weren’t the only reason we rented this place. I wanted to be somewhere mellow in the evenings, knowing we would be gone all day every day but this place added such an experience to our house rental. I don’t think we have ever eaten so many blueberries in a two week period.
