Pope-Baldwin bike trail is a 7.2 mile paved trail that runs along the south side of Lake Tahoe, over streams and amongst pine trees, firs, and snow plants. There are some lake access points from the trail, which we took advantage of. There is nothing like biking around Lake Tahoe, breathing in all of that precious Sierra Mountain air.

Keeping up with yesterday we returned to the beach in the evening to paddle board, this time to Baldwin Beach in South Lake Tahoe. Baldwin Beach is known for its long sandy beach and gorgeous unobstructed views of the lake, surrounded by towering, snowcapped Sierra Mountains. Unfortunately for me (but a pleasant surprise), a little someone decided that they are into paddling so I had few opportunities to paddle myself.

Love the Stand Up Paddle photos! You’re killing me babe! I love that you’re doing Tahoe so well. I wish I was there.
Thanks! Me too. Next time.
Such a true-blue sky! Beautiful.
