I love this time of year at the Safari Park, although if you go expecting to see animals you will leave disappointed. Wild Holidays at the Safari Park is all about the lights and Christmas festivities. This year (because no two years are exactly alike) my favorite event was the choreographed light show, when the lightbulbs on the tree seemed to dance to the music. Incredible.
Our local zoo, Woodland Park Zoo, has a fun holiday display called Wild Lanterns which we attend each year. But the show at Safari Park looks incredible!
We’re sorry to have missed this this year! It’s so hard to not be in two places at once! Wherever we are, we miss SOMETHING! Thanks for reminding us of what we’re missing :o(
