Four Points Bulletin

Travels north, east, south, and west of our Oceanside home base.

Beaver, Utah has a mere population of 3,500 but it has created quite a name for itself with the farm fresh Beaver dairy products sold at The Creamery. (Be prepared to stand in line.) We have been coming here since 2018 when this 11,250 square foot restaurant/ice cream shop/gift shop/play area/educational facility was built right off the 15 freeway. It is our go-to rest stop when driving from Oceanside to Idaho Falls or beyond (like this road trip to West Yellowstone). No matter the weather, it’s never too cold for The Creamery ice cream.

Oh man, the grilled cheese and tomato soup calls my name. What fun for you all. I can’t believe I missed this treasure on our Fall Idaho adventure!
