Four Points Bulletin

Travels north, east, south, and west of our Oceanside home base.

The Nature Collective has been restoring the San Elijo Lagoon for over three decades. It is one of the largest wetlands restorations in the state. The Nature Collective has conserved 40 miles of streams and 60 acres of rare coastal lands. The San Elijo Nature Center educates the public on the lagoon’s history and ecology. There are animal cages scattered throughout the Nature Center as well. From the Nature Center, trails lead you to various portions of the lagoon, highlighting California’s native plants and animals. We are thankful to have a new wetlands location to explore so close to home.
