Travels north, east, south, and west of our Oceanside home base.

King tides were off the charts today. King tides occur a few times a year when, not only are the sun, earth, and moon aligned, but the moon is also closer to earth than usual. King tides can occur at either full or new moons. Today is a new moon (technically a waxing crescent, but close enough).

It never gets old to be a witness to this phenomenon. Tides have a dramatic affect on the scenery.

Spectacular images! You are really living in heaven on earth babe! Keep tantalizing and we’ll all move to O’side. Fun for you. A1 looks pretty happy, too.
