Just a few blocks south of Oceanside’s Welcome Bell and a few blocks east of the Pacific Ocean, 60,000 visitors a year enter through the doors of Oceanside’s official California Welcome Center. This year visitors are in for a real treat, the Welcome Center got an amazing facelift. It’s new, modern appearance focuses on Oceanside’s surf and skate culture. Not only is it full of local art, the entire interior is a work of art.
Oceanside just keeps getting better.
This Visitor Center is my go-to place to get all the information I need to know or share about our state of California. With this remodel, we’re going to have to get there soon (maybe tying it into getting a Parlor Doughnut, too). So dang cool. Thanks for letting us know.
