Four Points Bulletin

Travels north, east, south, and west of our Oceanside home base.

On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 5:00pm to close, the San Diego zoo is choked with black lights, people in costume, music, light up souvenirs, live bands, fog machines, Halloween decorations, and punny signs. The zoo’s HalGLOWeen event was created in 2017, although this is our first time attending. Since kids under eleven are free, it was more packed than expected (that is with people, not animals, since most animals are diurnal). Either way, we were fully engrossed. Especially with the Skyfari, which we rode not once, not twice, but three times. The only thing that could have made it better is hitchhiking ghosts.

Can you hear the groans of envy all the way over there? That is beyond awesome! I love it all. The photos came out surprisingly well. What a total blast. Thanks for making me beyond jealous, and happy for you, all at the same time. WOO.

    1. Ha. It was a lot of fun being there at night, which we have done very few times even pre-baby.

That looks so fun! Now I am thinking of ghosts following me home! 😉😉

    1. Haha. Didn’t mean to freak you out! Or did I? 🤔
